Sometimes a fossil is so nice that it needs to be revisited photographically. This
Inoceramus oyster shell fragment is covered with
Serpula worm tubes. The fossils were found in the Eagleford Group, Kamp Ranch Formation in Dallas County, Texas. These marine creatures existed in the Cretaceous Period.
