Stromatolite from Mauritania
This fossil stromatolite was found at Atar Mauritania. Fossil dates to the pre-Cambrian Period.
It was on display at the Musée de Mineralogie (Mineralogy Museum) located at the MINES ParisTech, 60 Boulevard Saint-Michel 75006 Paris France (August 2016).

Taxocrinus Crinoid Calyx Fossil
This image is of what appears to be a disarticulated Taxocrinus whitfieldi crinoid calyx. It was found in the Glen Dean Formation of Grayson County, Kentucky USA. The fossil dates to the Mississippian Period.

Zamites feneonis Plant Fossil
As of August 2016, this fossil was on display at the Musée de Mineralogie (Mineralogy Museum) located at the MINES ParisTech, 60 Boulevard Saint-Michel 75006 Paris France.
It is a Zamites feneonis (Brongniart) found in a mine in Orbagnoux Ain France. Fossil dates to the Jurassic Period.
