Hardin County Blastoid

This recently found blastoid fossil was uncovered in Hardin County, Kentucky. It came from the St. Genevieve formation of the Mississippian Period.

Not sure of its exact identification.

Thanks to Pam for the images and nice find!

This looks very similar to some of the Permian Deltoblastus guys, but is obviously in the the wrong place and time for that; perhaps Schizoblastus?
