Receptaculites subturbinatus Fossil Algae
These images appear to show fossilized discoidal dasycladacean alga called Receptaculites subturbinatus. It was found in the Waldron Shale of Bartholomew County, Indiana USA. The fossil dates to the Middle Silurian Period (Wenlockian).

Acanthothiris spinosa Brachiopod Fossil
These images are of the brachiopod fossil Acanthothiris spinosa (Schlotheim). It was found in the Salperton Limestone, Upper Inferior Oolite (Bajocian). The fossil was found in Nailsworth Gloucestershire, England. It dates to Middle Jurassic Period.

This fossil was found in the Waldron Shale of Clark County, Indiana USA. It appears to be a Desmograptus micronematodes graptolite. The fossil dates to the Silurian Period (Wenlockian).
