This fossil appears to be a
Megastrophia concava (Hall, 1857) brachiopod. The surface has some line patterns that might be from some sort of bryozoan like
Hederella. Fossil was found middle Devonian period Jeffersonville Limestone of Clark County, Indiana USA.
