Devonian Heliophyllum Horn Coral
Here is a Middle Devonian period
Heliophyllum sp.
horn coral found in the Jeffersonville Limestone of Louisville, Kentucky. It measures about 7 cm in length and 3 cm wide.
Tricoelocrinus woodmani Blastoid
This fossil was seen in the winning display case at the GeoFair 2009 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This blastoid was called
Tricoelocrinus woodmani
from the Middle Mississippian period.
This fossil was found in the Somerset Shale Member, Salem Limestone found in Floyd County, Indiana.
